6. Course Enrollment and Payment

6.1 Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is confirmed upon:

• Completion of the registration form
• Receipt of full payment or initial deposit (where applicable)
• Confirmation email from VelarionExt

6.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in full before course commencement unless payment plan is agreed upon
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers

6.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect courses already purchased or enrolled.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 By Students

Course cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. The following policies apply:

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus administrative fee (see Refund Policy)
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but may reschedule once (subject to availability)

7.2 By VelarionExt

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Force majeure events

In such cases, you will receive full refund or alternative scheduling options.

8. Attendance and Participation

8.1 Attendance Requirements

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
• Missed sessions due to student absence are not refundable
• Course materials may be provided for missed sessions at instructor's discretion
• Completion certificates require attendance of at least 80% of sessions

8.2 Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Participate actively and constructively
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Respect confidentiality of other participants

We reserve the right to remove students who violate our code of conduct without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
